Public Utilities Notice: drinking water report
As required by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Town of Silver City has prepared and issued its Annual Drinking Water Report, which provides customers with information on the Town’s water system and its monitoring activities.  

The report was distributed by mail to all customers currently listed as bill paying consumers, however, the Town realizes that not all consumers are responsible for payment and will make copies of the report available to those individuals at City Hall, City Hall Annex, and the Silver City Public Library during regular working hours.  Copies of the Annual Drinking Water Report are also available in Spanish at these locations.  

If any individuals have questions or concerns regarding the sampling of water or the water system, individuals are encouraged to attend Town Council meetings to voice their concerns.  Council meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month @ 6:00 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Office, 1400 Highway 180 E.  For more information, please contact the Utilities Department at (575) 534-6365.
