Come warm up with the Silver City Museum this December for Victorian Christmas 2022, sponsored by First American Bank, taking place Saturday, December 10th from 11AM to 3PM in the museums courtyard at 312 W Broadway, Silver City, NM 88061
Activities:

Birdseed ornaments (hosted by Audubon Society)
Ebeneezer gift exchange for kids
Father Christmas (will be giving away books)
Imagination Library (will be giving away away books)
Puppets
Ebeneezer gift exchange - Bring a wrapped gift that costs $10 or less and leave it under the tree. In exchange, take a wrapped gift from under the tree
Food:
Free cookies & cider
Mexican Hot Chocolate from the Silver City Museum Society
Posole from LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens)
Tamales and other food from La Bonita Bakery
Performers:
Angelica Padilla
Big Ditch Crickets (Community dance band that plays traditional folk music from New Mexico and around the world)
Celtic Rose (A female duo consisting of Catherine Swain and Elise Stuart. They sing melodic ballads and folk songs with harmony and soul.)
Silver Chorale (A community choir that is composed of various ages, and walks of life in the Grant County area)
Performances from the Silver City Community Theater
Cowboy poet Stuart Hooker (His family has been ranching in this area since the 1800s. He will also have a book of his poems available for sale.)
Museum gift shop will be open during the event, just in time to pick up some Silver City Museum goods for friends and family near and far
